Built for the Next Era
of Entertainment

Stellaris International Entertainment is a vertically integrated global digital media company — owning every step from production through distribution across film, animation, gaming, music, and television. We are actively seeking qualified investors and strategic partners.

The Opportunity

Why Stellaris

10
Subsidiary Companies

A vertically integrated constellation of companies across film, animation, gaming, music, TV, marketing, and distribution — each wholly owned, each generating independent revenue.

ARCADIA

300+
Years Combined Experience

The leadership team brings deep, proven expertise across every major entertainment and media vertical, with board members and advisors recognized nationally.

Global
Distribution Reach

Theatrical, TV, streaming, DVD, PPV, airline, and internet channels — Stellaris content is engineered from concept to reach every major distribution platform worldwide.

Structural Advantages

What separates Stellaris from a typical independent media company is architecture — not just ambition.

Vertical Integration

Most media companies outsource production, marketing, and distribution — paying third parties at every stage. Stellaris owns each function through its Subsidiary companies, capturing margin across the full value chain.

EDQ Animation Technology

EDQ's proprietary animation platform produces feature-quality 3D animated films with 10–12 artists in 14–16 months at $16–20M — compared to industry standard of 150–200 artists, 2–3 years, and $150–200M. This is a structural cost advantage that no competitor replicates.

Stellaris Entertainment Finance (SEF)

SEF is the dedicated funding conduit for all Stellaris film and television projects. Every project must meet strict commercial criteria: strong content, proper structure, commercial value, manageable budget, and a defined exit strategy. Capital is protected by process, not just promise.

Mission-Aligned Content

Family-valued, humanitarian-focused content consistently outperforms in global markets where major studios under-serve audiences. Stellaris occupies a deliberate and underserved position in the market.

In-House Marketing & PR

Stellaris Marketing Group (SMG) is a full-service in-house marketing, advertising, and PR operation. Rather than outsourcing audience development, Stellaris drives its own reach — reducing cost-per-acquisition and accelerating time-to-market.

Active Production Pipeline

Stellaris Pictures has active projects in development including Born in June and Outwitting the Devil (based on Napoleon Hill). EDQ Animation's flagship animated feature Huggins is in active production. FuturTek Gaming has game titles in development.

Investment Structure

Stellaris accepts investment through multiple structures depending on the project and investor profile.

The Ask

Two Raises, One Vision

Raise One: $291,405,381

Funds the ten operating Engine subsidiaries. Flat, non-dilutive equity premium. Escrow-protected, milestone-released.

Raise Two: ARCADIA (~$17.68 Billion)

Structured as a parallel opportunity to Raise One, not gated behind it. Positions investors pursuing the full vision for 40% equity and board representation.

Project Financing

Direct investment into a specific film, animation, or game title through Stellaris Entertainment Finance (SEF). Each project is structured with clearly defined commercial criteria and exit strategies.

Strategic Partnership

Co-production, co-distribution, or licensing arrangements with companies seeking exposure to Stellaris's content slate, technology, or distribution network.

Corporate Investment

Equity participation at the parent company level, or at the subsidiary level where structured on a project-by-project basis — terms vary by opportunity and are not uniform across all subsidiaries.

Proof of Execution

See It For Yourself

Stellaris does not ask investors to fund a concept. The work exists. Below are samples from active productions — a feature film, our animated feature, and a gaming title.
