Mr. Ross brings 45+ years of experience across every facet of the film and television industry: acting, directing, screenwriting, script doctoring, producing, capital formation, studio management, and distribution.

His career includes work at Cinergi Pictures, Disney, Fox, Universal, and Paramount, under the mentorship of Casey Silver, Buzz Feitshans, Barnet Bain, and Dino De Laurentiis. Selected credits: Producer — Shadow Conspiracy (Charlie Sheen/Donald Sutherland, Cinergi); Producer/Writer — Lost and Found Family (Sony Distribution; 4/5 Dove Award); Co-Producer — The Broadway Brawler (Bruce Willis, Cinergi); Co-Producer — Quantum Project (John Cleese, first made-for-internet feature); Director — Night of Fire; Director — The Making of The Celestine Prophecy.

Mr. Ross may be a visionary, but his success stories are rooted in being driven, results-oriented, and in his team building skills — evident in the team he has thus far assembled.

John Grady

A 48-year Las Vegas business veteran. He has worked directly with COOs and CFOs of large corporations focusing on how to integrate with their Human Resources structure, been a consultant to senior management of casinos, construction companies, school districts, and government entities.

In 1999, Mr. Grady started Grady & Associates, an independent insurance brokerage firm. The firm grew to twenty-two employees and was growing up until Mr. Grady sold it in 2018 to Wells Fargo. During this time Mr. Grady was also Vice Chairman of Goodwill Industries.

More recently, he served on the Mayor's Council for Film Industry Expansion.

As COO of Stellaris, Mr. Grady brings years of business building, business management, and expertise in financial management, operational oversight, and board governance.

Victoria Claibourn

Ms. Claibourn brings an eclectic array of skill sets to Stellaris — from being a past controller for two different corporations, the top paralegal in a law firm, a business owner, writer, and producer — thus making her the perfect Secretary of Corporation, where she will be ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, maintaining corporate records, overseeing the support of board operations, and advising on governance matters.

As a Senior Litigation Paralegal for a major support and management services law firm in the healthcare sector, Ms. Claibourn was the liaison between 20 plus attorneys and over one hundred medical facilities across the country. She drafted and reviewed/edited documents and assisted in discovery for pre-trial, mediation, and arbitration.

Ms. Claiborne also has a full understanding of the entertainment industry. In addition to being an accomplished film producer and screenwriter, she was also a co-owner of a talent agency where she handled the day-to-day business as agent to over 1,000 talent, negotiated their contracts, managed their calendars, and managed accounts receivable and payable.

Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills are exemplary, making her a valued member of the board.

With over 50 years of experience and 200+ productions, Mr. Turrow is an award-winning PGA Producer/Line Producer and DGA Unit Production Manager. He has collaborated with top-tier talent including Adam Sandler, Michelle Pfeiffer, Gene Hackman, and Billy Bob Thornton, and contributed to landmark productions including Titanic and Starship Troopers. A former Chair of the DGA UPM/AD Mentor Committee and recipient of the Honors Certificate and Special Service Award, he is known for securing tax incentives and aligning creative vision with financial execution.

A 45-year Entertainment Industry Veteran with experience across National Record Labels including Sony, Capitol, Columbia, Entertainment One and a variety of smaller International labels. Produced and/or directed as well as hosting, 8 television series with national distribution and 3 with international distribution achieving multiple Telly Awards as well as viewer accolades from across the globe.

Built and managed a major distribution company for records and Print, LandMark Distribution, reaching 12 thousand retail accounts as well as major Box Store operations such as Walmart, Sam's Club, Hobby Lobby, Target and Big Lots. Acquired an established distribution company by the name of The Benson Company and improved its sales from $6 Million to $20 million in sales within two years.

Has owned, built and managed three recording studios, and two Television Studios. One distribution company, The Benson Company managed by Traylor, employed approximately 130 employees.

Mr. Nicklaus is the Co-founder of EDQ and now partners with Stellaris to form Stellaris EDQ Animation.

Mr. Nicklaus is a Lifetime recipient for Outstanding Contributions to the Music industry. Since 1979 he has led EDQ's animation and Music technology development, including collaboration with industry leaders such as AMD, Motu and Nvidia in unreal-time sampling. Original member of The Kingsmen. Won a U.S. Federal decision, upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, protecting recording artists in 1998.

Mr. Nicklaus created the proprietary trade-secret-protected technology that makes Stellaris EDQ stand above and apart from other animation companies. He also created the first and only computer-animation "cloud-based animation studio". Through his unparalleled corporate structure, he recruited an international talent database of over 400 amazing artisans and craftsmen who work seamlessly across every facet of animation for the creations of the Stellaris EDQ studio projects. By eliminating huge studio campus real estate expenses, this groundbreaking specialized approach reduces high overhead costs. This saves Stellaris EDQ millions of dollars in costs.

Stellaris EDQ utilizes its own state-of-the-art computers that were developed, designed, and built from the ground up, with custom, unmatched technology that significantly decreases rendering time and production costs.

Previously, Mr. Navarro was the Director of Sales at Greenstripe Media, where he managed advertising budgets exceeding $10 million for one of the world's largest automotive groups and helped generate more than $12 million in contributions for California political campaigns. As Advertising Sales Manager for Charter Media, he led one of the nation's top-performing sales teams, achieving more than 50% client growth and becoming the only team to expand its automotive client base during a challenging market period. Earlier in his career, as a Senior Account Executive with Comcast Spotlight, Jesse managed more than 25 clients and consistently generated approximately $5.8 million in annual revenue through strategic prospecting, market research, relationship building, and creative advertising solutions.
